“We recently renovated our master bathroom and needed new tile for the shower and the bathroom floor. We immediately turned to Upstairs Downstairs for assistance because of the favorable experience we had with them when replacing the tile backsplash in our kitchen. For the kitchen project we shopped around at other tile stores but found none with all of the advantages of Upstairs Downstairs. We think that Upstairs Downstairs is unparalleled for selection and quality of tile products. Diane and Wayne Morgan were helpful with discussions of all facets of the project, from design of the shower to selection of the tiles and installation. Wayne worked directly with our contractor for construction of the shower and proper placement of the plumbing fixtures. Diane has a great eye for color and style and helped us select some tumbled marble tiles and a coordinating granite countertop that blended beautifully with our new cabinets and paint selections. We opted to have the shower installed and tiled by a professional from Upstairs Downstairs and he did a super job; every tile lining up perfectly. He completed the job while we were on vacation and it was a nice surprise to come home to a finished shower and all the mess cleaned up. We installed the underlayment and tiled the floor ourselves but relied on Wayne’s helpful guidance to ensure that the job was done right. Working with Upstairs Downstairs was a delight and we will certainly return to them for any future tile needs.”

If you are considering a tile project, this is the ONLY place that you need to visit. Sure, you can shop the mega-home improvement stores. But, why bother? You are not going to get the type of service and luxury tile that you get from the professionals at Upstairs Downstairs Tile.

I was very impressed with Diane and Wayne. I literally looked at more than a dozen different combinations within my color scheme: they offered different textures, colors, sizes, and materials. Diane helped me consider different combinations and colors that were in my palette. She was especially helpful and patient. Wayne traveled to my home over an hour away to look at the job site and provided me with very good technical information.

Once ordered, the product was delivered very quickly and I was immediately put on their installation schedule. Seth, who installed the tile, is an artist! What a great personality and very professional.

If you are shopping tile, this place is the only place that you need to visit. Stop by, you will not be disappointed.
